What to expect from your first visit on.
Four steps, none of them rushed, from the day you book to the follow-up after.

Book online
Choose your service and a time that suits you, in the office or by video. We keep same-day openings for sick visits.

Meet your care team
We listen first, take your history properly, and make sure you leave with your questions answered.

Get your plan
Bloodwork if you need it. Prescriptions go to your usual pharmacy, and weight loss and hormone medications arrive at your door.

Stay in care
Book your next visit or refill whenever you're ready. Nothing charges on its own, so you're always the one deciding.
Concierge membership
One monthly fee. Come in as often as you need.
The membership is $125 a month for one adult, or $250 for a family of four, and it covers your primary care and sick visits. Instead of $160 here and $110 there, you pay one number and come in whenever you need to.

Where are you, and do I have to come in?
Our Port St. Lucie office is open by appointment, and video visits are open to anyone in Florida. Primary care, sick visits, weight loss, and hormone therapy all work either way. Vitamin injections and testosterone for women are the exceptions, and those happen in the office.
Do you take insurance?
Yes, for primary care and sick visits. Call or text 561-277-0936 with your plan details and we'll check your coverage before you book. Everything else is self-pay with the prices posted on each page.
How does the medication reach me?
Weight loss and hormone medications ship to your door from our partner pharmacy. For sick visits and primary care, we send prescriptions to whatever pharmacy you already use.
How does pricing work?
Primary care and sick visits are a flat price per visit. Weight loss and hormone therapy are priced per refill, which covers your follow-up visit and that month of medication together, with nothing charging automatically. The membership is the one monthly plan, and it isn't insurance. Labs are billed separately, except hormone follow-up labs, which are included.
Do you see kids?
Yes, kids and adults both. The family membership covers up to four people.
What if I need to cancel?
Give us 24 hours when you can. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee, since that slot could have gone to someone else.
